Due to the close proximity of public water and sewer trunk lines to all areas of the Municipality, all water and sewerage facilities shall be hooked to the central system. Detailed plans for such water and/or sewerage systems shall be submitted to the Director of the Building Department and approved by him before a building permit shall be issued. The suitability of the proposed systems shall conform to the standards of the Ohio Department of Health, the Village Administrator or existing subdivision regulations.
