(a) Accessory structures, which are not attached to a principal structure, may be erected in accordance with the following restrictions:
(1) No accessory structure shall be located closer than three feet from the rear lot line and shall not be closer than two feet from any side lot line;
(2) No accessory structure shall be located closer to the street than the required front yard setback of the principal structure;
(3) No accessory structure shall be located closer to a principal structure than ten feet; and (4) On corner lots, accessory structures shall not be located on the side street side between the side street and the required front yard setback line of structures fronting on the side street.
(b) When an accessory building is attached to the principal building, it shall comply in all respects with the requirements of this Zoning Ordinance applicable to the principal buildings.
