1125.06 VARIANCES.
Where a strict application of any provision of the Zoning Ordinance would result in undue hardship upon the owner of a specific property, the owner shall have the right to request a variance to eliminate the hardship. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall have the power to vary the strict application of the Zoning Ordinance, except as it applies to mobile homes, so long as such variation shall remain in harmony with the intent of the Zoning Ordinance so that the public health, safety, comfort, prosperity and general well being of the residents will be conserved and substantial justice done. The Board shall grant such a variance only after public hearing upon such requests for variances.
