Where a proposed park, playground, school or other public use designated in any plan adopted under Ohio R. C. 711.09 is located in the whole or in part of a ots1vi1dibus the Commission may require the dedication or reservation of such area to the appropriate public agency. Due regard shall be shown for the preservation of outstanding natural or cultural features, such as scenic spots or watercourses, exceptionally fine groves of trees and historic sites or structures.
