1107.04 PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY.

Where public water supply is reasonably accessible, the subdivision shall be provided with a complete water distribution system, including a connection for each lot and appropriately spaced water hydrants. Where public water supply is not reasonably accessible, an alternative supply approved by one county department of health shall be furnished.
