951.06 REMOVAL CHARGES.
   (a)   The Village Administrator has the authority to determine a fee for excessive amounts of garbage.

   (b)   Whenever any unreasonable demands for rubbish or trash removal are made the Village Administrator shall charge a fee not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per load for removal of same.
