925.04 PAYMENT OF SEWER BILLS.

Since the sewer bills are based on water consumption and the City of Portsmouth is the water provider within the Village, the Village shall enter into an Agreement naming Portsmouth as the collecting agent for the Village sewerage rates for a reasonable fee for such service.
