921.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, except Section 921.05, shall be served by the Municipality with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
   Any person who continues any violation beyond the provided time limit shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
 
   (b)    Whoever violates Section 921.05 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
 
   (c)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be liable to the Municipality for any expense, loss or damage incurred by the Municipality by reason of such violation, in addition to any penalty provided herein.
