906.01 RESPONSIBILITY OF ABUTTING OWNERS.

It shall be the duty of the owners of lots abutting on sidewalks in the Village of New Boston to keep such sidewalks and curbs in good repair in front of their premises and to prevent any unevenness in the surface grade of such sidewalks by any reason whatsoever.
