(a) The Company shall not, as a condition to providing cable communication service, require any subscriber, or potential subscriber, to remove any existing antenna for the receipt of over-the-air communication signals.
(b) The Company shall install, upon request of the subscriber, an RF or antenna switch. Any charge for such installation shall be clearly stated in the Company's rate proposal. (Ord. 12- 83. Passed 2-15- 83.)
