(a) Authorization To Commence Construction.
(1) Within sixty days of the execution of the service contract, the Company shall apply for all necessary governmental permits, licenses, certificates and authorizations.
(2) Permission by the Village for commencement of construction of the cable communication system authorized herein shall be obtained by securing a permit approval from the Village Administrator.
(b) Power to Contract. Upon execution of a contract to construct and maintain a cable communications system in the Village, the Company may enter into contracts with any owner or lessee of any poles located within or without the Village, obtain right-of-way permits from appropriate State, County and Federal officials necessary to cross or otherwise use highways or roads under their respective jurisdictions, obtain permission from Federal Aviation Administration to erect and maintain antennas and obtain whatever other permits a city, county, state or federal agency may require.
