All notices from the Company to the Village pursuant to this chapter or the contract shall be sent to the Mayor. The Company shall maintain with the Village, throughout the term of the contract, an address for service of notices by mail. The Company shall also maintain with the Village, a local office in the service area, and telephone number for the conduct of matters related to the contract during normal business hours.
