(a) Fees for amusement device licenses required by this chapter shall be paid at the time of the issuance thereof and shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00); per each mechanical amusement device in the same location.
(b) Fee for an amusement arcade license at any place of business at which eleven or more mechanically or electrically operated amusement devices are situated shall be paid at the time of the issuance thereof and shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each amusement arcade location.
