733.06 LICENSE TRANSFERABILITY.
   (a)    The license required by this chapter is nontransferable.
 
   (b)    A new license is required whenever a mechanical amusement device is moved to a different premises within the Municipality or is purchased or otherwise acquired by a different exhibitor.
