729.06 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

If at any time it appears to the satisfaction of the Mayor that any licensed person has violated any provision of this chapter then the Mayor shall revoke the license and shall certify such action to the Clerk and thereupon such licensed person shall cease to have any authority under the license.
