729.04 CONTENTS; TRANSFER OF LICENSE.

(a) Every license issued under this chapter shall specify by name the person, firm or corporation to whom it is issued, and shall designate the particular place at which the business shall be carried on.

(b) No license granted or issued under this chapter shall be in any manner assign- able or transferable unless the permission of the Mayor is endorsed thereon.
