717.07 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (a)    Any license granted under the provisions of this chapter shall be cancelled and revoked upon the conviction of the holder thereof of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction of any misdemeanor or felony by any court of competent jurisdiction, or by the finding of a violation of this chapter by the appeal board consisting of the Administrator, the Mayor and the Solicitor.
 
   (b)    At any hearing before the board, the licensee shall have the right to a full hearing on the charges.
