717.05 FALSE ADVERTISING.

Any licensee who makes any false or fraudulent representations by advertising or otherwise, shall be guilty of violating the provisions of this chapter and subject to the provisions of section 717.99 and the same shall be sufficient grounds for a revocation of the license.
