Every person to whom a license is granted shall pay a monthly fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). The license shall be for a period of not longer than one month, subject to renewal under the same conditions as hereinbefore set out. All moneys received by way of license fees shall be paid into the general fund of the Municipality.
