713.06 PROHIBITED CONDUCT.

(a) No lewd or lascivious conduct shall be permitted by the owners of circuses, shows or carnivals am no indecent exposure of the person by the performers shall be indulged in.

(b) No person shall gamble or have any gambling device upon the grounds or under the tents of any circus, street fair, carnival or show.
