Any person offering any circus, menagerie, carnival, street fair, or exhibit within the limits of the Municipality shall pay a license fee as provided herein.
(a) For circuses or other performances holding shows for one day, a license fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be paid.
(b) Carnivals, circuses and other performances and street fairs holding performances more than one day shall pay a license fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
(c) Boat shows and other such performances shall pay a license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day whether held at public or private landings.
