(a) There is hereby established a registration license for all establishments operating any type of business within the corporate limits of the Municipality.
(b) This license registration shall be without cost to the business and shall be issued upon request from the Office of the Inspector of Buildings.
(c) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all business establishments now doing business within the corporate limits, as well as those businesses established in the future.
(d) The Inspector of Buildings is hereby authorized and directed to send a copy of the registration form to all existing businesses, setting time for their return of not more than thirty days from the date he sent such letter.
