543.05 FALSE INFORMATION.

(a) No person who is subject to the provisions of this chapter shall furnish in any report a false or fictitious address or any false, untrue or misleading information or statement relating to information required by the provisions of this section to be made or furnished.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
