(a) No sign, poster, flyer, advertisement, promotion or document of any nature, or of any material whatsoever shall be posted, erected, set up or established or put in place within the established right of way of any and all streets and alleys of the Village.
(b) This section shall, in no way, apply to the posting of uniform traffic control and directional signals put in place under the direction of any duly authorized public official as provided by ordinance and Uniform Traffic Control laws.
(c) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
