529.09 POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION ON MUNICIPAL PROPERTY PROHIBITED.

(a) Possession or consumption of any alcoholic beverage, regardless of type or alcohol content, upon or within the confines of any or all buildings, recreation fields or other areas that are the property of the Municipality is hereby prohibited.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
