521.14 TAMPERING WITH GARBAGE RECEPTACLES.

(a) No person shall tamper with, interfere with, carry away or destroy any of the garbage cans or garbage receptacles located in any of the streets or alleys, or in any other place within the Municipality.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
