(A) Pursuant to the authority granted by S.C. Code 53-1-160(A), the prohibitions contained in Title 53 Chapter 1 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina (the “Blue Laws”) are hereby suspended within Newberry County.
(B) No employee may be required to work on Sunday in violation of the employee’s conscientious objections or religious beliefs, as set forth in S.C. Code 53-1-100, and every such employee shall be entitled to the protections and remedies of S.C. Code 53-1-160.
