§ 33.36 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   (1)   The membership of the Board of Rural Fire Control shall be appointed by official action of the Newberry County Council.
      (2)   Membership shall consist of 11 members consisting of 1 member from each of the following main fire stations: Whitmire, Bush River, Little Mountain, Fairview, Pomaria, Consolidated, St. Phillips, Prosperity, Chappells, Silverstreet, and Friendly.
   (B)   No member of any of the aforementioned Board shall serve concurrently as a member of any other county-appointed board or commission.
