§ 150.35 MANUFACTURED HOME PARK OWNERS REQUIRED TO FURNISH LICENSING AGENT WITH A LISTING AND MAP.
   (A)   Each owner of a manufactured home park, as defined by S.C. Code § 27-47-210, as amended, shall, on or before January 1 of each year, provide to the licensing agent a map or plat, showing the lots and the location of all manufactured homes in his or her manufactured home park, and shall furnish the licensing agent with a list of manufactured home owners in his or her park.
   (B)   Such list shall show the full name of the owner, and the year, make, model and serial number of the manufactured home owned by such owner; provided, however, that during the first year of the application of this subchapter, i.e., 2006, the County Tax Assessor, no later than January 31, 2006, will mail or deliver a copy of this subchapter to the owner of each manufactured home park known to such Assessor, together with a letter advising such owner of the requirements of this section, and such owner shall have until April 30, 2006, to provide the initial
map and list of owners in his or her manufactured home park.
