§ 150.28 PROOF OF LICENSE REQUIRED PRIOR TO CONNECTING ELECTRICITY.
   (A)   (1)   Before connecting electricity to any manufactured home in this county, the electric supplier shall obtain from the owner, rental agent, person in possession or current owner of the manufactured home, a copy of the certified license application form indicating that the license fee has been paid.
      (2)   The supplier shall retain a copy of the form in its records.
   (B)   Provided, however, that a temporary license for purposes of testing, inspecting and/or repairing a manufactured home may be applied for, accompanied by a $25 application fee.
      (1)   Upon presentation of such temporary license to the electric supplier, it may connect power to the manufactured home for such purposes for a period not exceeding 21 days.
      (2)   Provided further that no residential use can be made of the manufactured home during the period of such temporary license, or at any time thereafter, until a permanent manufactured home license is applied for and issued.
      (3)   Each day's violation is a separate offense.
