For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CURRENT OWNER. The person or persons who either already own record title to the manufactured home, or who are applying for the permit in connection with their purchase of the manufactured home.
DECAL

MANUFACTURED HOME DECAL
. The manufactured home license specified under § 150.27.
LICENSING AGENT. The Newberry County Building Inspection Official.
MANUFACTURED HOME. A manufactured single-family dwelling, or an integral part thereof, so constructed that it may be transported from one site to another, temporarily or permanently affixed to real estate, made up of 1 or more components, and constructed with the same or similar electrical, plumbing, heating and sanitary facilities as on-site constructed housing.
