§ 32.15 OFFICE CREATED; APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby created the Office of the Clerk to County Council.
   (B)   The Clerk to Council shall be appointed by the County Council and shall serve at the pleasure of the County Council.
   (C)   The Clerk to Council may work under the administrative supervision of the County Administrator too.
