§ 30.43 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   Sections 30.40 et seq. shall become effective immediately upon adoption, but not earlier than receipt of approval of the Division of Information Resource Management (DIRM) of the S.C. Budget and Control Board, as required under S.C. Code § 23-47-30(A).
