§ 30.25 MAGISTRATE COLLECTION OF FEES AND COSTS.
   (A)   The Treasurer of Newberry County is hereby directed and required to establish a system whereby the Magistrates of Newberry County can collect their lawful fees and costs in all civil or criminal actions or proceedings and give proper receipts therefor as required by law, and whereby the Magistrates shall be able to collect the lawful fees charged by the Sheriff of Newberry County for the service of process or the performance of any other duties arising out of a civil action or proceeding, and he or she shall establish system whereby the Magistrates shall account for and pay into the General Fund of the county all the fees collected at least once in every calendar month.
   (B)   The Treasurer of Newberry County shall promptly remit to the state treasurer any portion of the fees collected which are required by state law to be remitted to the state treasurer or otherwise
