(A) A fee of $25 shall be charged for the issuance of a marriage license in Newberry County. In addition, pursuant to S.C. Code § 20-1-375, an additional $20 fee shall be collected for each marriage license applied for and this additional fee shall be remitted to the state treasurer as provided by law.
(B) A fee of $25 shall be charged for the performance of a marriage ceremony by the Newberry County Probate Court during regular office hours of the Court.
(C) The fees collected under divisions (A) and (B) above shall be deposited into the Newberry County General Fund except for the fee imposed under S.C. Code § 20-1-375 which shall be promptly remitted to the state treasurer.
