(A) Probate Judge to collect fees and costs. The Newberry County Council, as the governing body of Newberry County, hereby directs the Probate Court to collect the uniform fees and costs set forth in S.C. Code § 8-21-310, as amended, plus any other fees and costs for filing estates or other records required by law to be filed with the Probate Court.
(B) Accounting and reporting system. The Probate Court shall establish an accounting and reporting system for the receipt, safekeeping, allocation, and disbursement of funds collected by the Probate Court.
