Encroachment permits shall be valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless a greater or lesser time is set forth in the application and approved by the County Administrator, or his or her designee. One extension may be granted by the County Administrator upon written request from the permittee not to exceed 3 months. All other extensions shall require reapplication and the granting of a new permit.
