All work shall conform to recognized standards of construction, including the road specifications adopted by the county from time to time, and all work shall be performed in a professional manner. Adequate provisions shall be made for maintaining the proper drainage of the road or highway. All work shall be subject to the supervision and satisfaction of the county, acting through the County Administrator, or his or her designee.
