§ 110.10 LICENSE STAMP TO BE AFFIXED TO MACHINE.
   A numbered, nontransferable license stamp shall be issued by the county for each machine for which the license fee has been paid, and the stamp shall be permanently affixed to each machine after the license fee has been paid. Failure to permanently affix a stamp to a machine, whether or not the license fee has been paid, is a separate offense and is punishable by the maximum penalty for offenses within the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court, with each day's violation constituting a separate offense for purposes of §§ 110.01 et seq., and with the time being measured from the date the receipt is issued by the Treasurer. The Treasurer is required to put on the receipt the actual calendar date that the receipt is issued, and is not authorized to use banker's days in dating these receipts.
