§ 110.09 DUTIES OF DELINQUENT TAX COLLECTOR AND SHERIFF.

The Sheriff of Newberry County and/or the Delinquent Tax Collector of Newberry County, with the assistance of the Newberry County Sheriff, if requested or required, shall be authorized to take immediate possession of any video poker machine found in the county without either being registered or without the required license fee having been paid.
