The Newberry County Tax Assessor is authorized and empowered, to the extent allowed by state law, to obtain information from the South Carolina Tax Commission as to the location and license fees paid by owners of these types of machines, pursuant to S.C. Code § 12-21-2720, as amended, and to exchange information with the South Carolina Tax Commission as to the machines registered with the Newberry County Tax Assessor and the license fees paid to the county for the machines.
