Each person who owns, operates, or possesses a video poker or amusement machine, as defined in § 110.01, in Newberry County is required to report the location of each machine to the Newberry County Tax Assessor, and to register the machine for purposes of paying the tax levied by §§ 110.01 et seq., within 10 days of bringing the machine into Newberry County, or by 9-30-1993, for each machine in Newberry County as of the effective date of §§ 110.01 et seq., or brought into the county between that date and 9-30-1993.
