(A) Any facility or person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to all applicable civil and/or criminal fines. Each violation shall be considered a separate offense.
(B) Failure to comply with any portion of this chapter may result in a criminal proceeding. If a matter is brought in criminal court, upon conviction, the maximum penalty is $500 and/or 30-days' imprisonment.
