This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Code § 4-9-30. Personnel employed by the County Administrator as Code Enforcement Officers and personnel employed by the County Sheriff shall be vested with the authority to enforce and administer litter control within the county in accordance with the provisions of S.C. Code §§ 44-67-10 et seq., and all rules and regulations adopted thereunder, and the same are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth verbatim, and as may be amended from time to time. Reference is also made to the authority contained in S.C. Code § 16-11-700.
