§ 111.04 STATEMENT REGARDING CONSISTENCY WITH ZONING ORDINANCE.
   Per the letter attached to Ord. G-23-08 as Exhibit C, it is the opinion of the Department of New Albany Planning Commission that the DORA is supported by the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance and will continue to aid the effort of creating a vibrant community that promotes walkability and shares the city’s rich culture and history.
