The New Albany Common Council adopted a replacement zoning ordinance for the City of New Albany and unincorporated two-mile fringe area on February 4, 2019. The replacement zoning ordinance and any future amendment is incorporated herein by reference. Copies of the replacement zoning ordinance are available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk, the City Plan Commission and the New Albany branch of the Public Library.
