§ 158.03 AMBULANCE FEES.
   (A)   Basic Life Support - resident: $400 plus $9/mile.
   (B)   Basic Life Support - non-resident: $480 plus $9/mile.
   (C)   Advanced Life Support Level I - resident: $500 plus $9/mile.
   (D)   Advanced Life Support Level I - non-resident: $600 plus $9/mile.
   (E)   Advanced Life Support Level II - resident: $600 plus $9/mile.
   (F)   Advanced Life Support Level II - non-resident: $720 plus $9/mile.
