§ 91.40 CUSTODIAL LIABILITY.
   In the event that the owner of any domestic animal is a minor, the custodian, parent, or guardian legally responsible for such minor shall be liable for all violations of this chapter. Any person or entity who violates this section shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 91.99 of this chapter.
