§ 91.07 ANIMAL WHICH IS A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   No owner shall allow an animal to be a nuisance as defined in this chapter. This includes but is not limited to any of the following activities: excessive, continuous, or habitual barking or howling; molesting of passers-by; chasing of vehicles; attacking of other animals; trespassing on public or private property; or damaging property of another. Any person or entity who violates this section shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 91.99 of this chapter.
