§ 91.06 ANIMALS AS PRIZES OR INDUCEMENTS.
   It shall be unlawful to give away any live animal, fish, reptile, or bird as a prize for or as an inducement to enter any contract, game, or other competition, or as an inducement to enter a place of amusement, or offer such vertebrate as an incentive to enter in any business agreement in which the offer was for the purpose of attracting trade. The animal shelter and its offsite locations will be exempted from this section. Any person or entity who violates this section shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 91.99 of this chapter.
